Collections Agent

About the role

The Collections Agent works within the Equipment Finance sector to act as a customer‑first professional, negotiating equitable solutions and securing payments. You will have a direct impact on the lifecycle of CWB National Leasing customer agreements while maintaining confidentiality and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries and concerns.
• Secure payments in a professional, equitable and timely manner.
• Partner with clients to resolve disputes and negotiate optimal solutions.
• Exercise discretion and protect the confidentiality of all customer and vendor transactions.
• Manage customer files and make decisions regarding acceleration steps such as repossession, write‑off, or legal action.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in administration or client services within banking, financial services, credit or collections.
• Ability to accurately set up and clearly document payment arrangements.
• Keen attention to detail with proven experience maintaining accurate documentation.
• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and thrive in a rapidly changing environment.
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office and quick learning of new applications.
