Financial Services Manager – Automotive

About the role

Crown Auto Group is seeking a Financial Services Manager to lead finance and insurance operations at its Winnipeg dealership. The role focuses on delivering an outstanding customer experience while maintaining profitability and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage finance and insurance activities for vehicle sales, protecting profit margins and customer satisfaction.
• Guide customers through sales and finance transactions in line with company and lender policies.
• Conduct credit interviews, work with lenders to secure approvals, and develop creative deal structures.
• Monitor lending portals, manage contracts in transit, and ensure timely funding.
• Sell financial protection products such as extended warranties, GAP, life, accident, and health coverage.
• Complete finance documentation accurately and deliver vehicles, explaining operating features.
• Address and resolve customer concerns promptly, escalating when necessary.
• Maintain positive relationships with management, team members, lenders, and third parties while meeting KPIs.

Required profile

• Proven success in meeting or exceeding targets.
• 3–5 years of finance and insurance experience in the automotive industry (preferred).
• Strong understanding of sales, finance, and dealership operations.
• Established relationships with financial institutions.
• Excellent oral, written, and listening communication skills.
• Strong judgment, decision‑making, and time‑management abilities.
