Clinic Coordinator – CareBridge (Contract)

About the role

CMHA Muskoka‑Parry Sound is hiring a Clinic Coordinator to support the day‑to‑day operation of the CareBridge clinic, a collaborative primary‑care initiative in West Parry Sound.

Key responsibilities

• Manage clinic administration, intake, referral and appointment scheduling.
• Provide client communication, documentation, and EMR/digital workflow support.
• Track patient attachment, reconcile Health Care Connect waitlist and generate reports.
• Coordinate follow‑up with regional primary‑care providers, OHT, Ontario Health at Home and community partners.

Required profile

• Post‑secondary education in medical office administration, health administration, social services, community health, nursing, mental health or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience in healthcare or clinic administration, including intake, referral management, scheduling and client service.
• Strong digital literacy with EMR systems, Microsoft Office; experience with PS Suite or Ocean is an asset.
• Understanding of privacy, confidentiality and secure handling of personal health information.
• Indigenous cultural awareness; valid Ontario G/G2 driver’s licence with reliable transportation and $1 M liability insurance.

What we offer

• Hourly wage $28.00–$39.00, based on qualifications and experience.
