Client Account Manager – Remote

About the role

DOT & Co. is seeking a remote Client Account Manager to serve as the primary liaison for digital‑marketing agency clients. You will ensure projects run smoothly, deadlines are met, and client expectations are exceeded while collaborating with internal ad specialists and project managers.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for agency clients, managing relationships and communication.
• Coordinate with internal teams to align timelines, deliverables, and campaign goals.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide strategic recommendations.
• Handle client inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain high satisfaction levels.
• Track project milestones and ensure timely delivery of assets.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of paid‑ads experience within a digital‑marketing agency.
• Strong understanding of digital advertising, analytics, and campaign performance.
• Excellent organizational and project‑management abilities.
• Effective virtual communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently and juggle multiple priorities.
