Client Account Manager – Mid-Market Sales (Acquisitions)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Client Account Manager to join Reddit’s Mid-Market Sales team in Toronto. In this acquisitions-focused role you will onboard new Mid-Market advertisers, build a Test & Learn roadmap, and drive early campaign success to prepare them for long-term growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead first-time client activation on Reddit, guiding them through Business Manager setup and initial campaign creation.
• Establish robust technical foundations, including pixel, CAPI, and MMP implementation, to ensure accurate measurement.
• Analyze performance data, run A/B tests on creative and audience segments, and deliver data-driven recommendations to meet client goals.
• Identify scaling opportunities within the first two quarters, demonstrate ROI, and coordinate seamless hand-off to the Same Store Growth (SSG) Account Executive team.
• Collaborate with internal teams, submit support tickets, and troubleshoot technical issues to optimize client performance.
• Prepare clients for graduation by meeting defined success criteria and positioning them for high-growth campaigns.

Required profile

• 4–7 years of experience in client success, account management, or media planning/strategy within digital advertising, social media, or performance marketing.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for presenting findings to clients.
