About the role
The company is seeking a Cleaning Supervisor to lead and coordinate cleaning staff across various locations in Montréal. You will ensure that all sites meet safety and cleanliness standards while supporting the team in daily tasks.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate activities of 1‑2 cleaning workers.
- Inspect sites to verify compliance with safety and cleanliness standards.
- Assist cleaners with duties and provide guidance as needed.
- Coordinate work schedules and activities with other departments.
- Establish and adjust work schedules to meet tight deadlines.
Required profile
- Client‑focused with strong reliability.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
- Physical stamina for standing, bending, kneeling and handling heavy loads.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and flexibility.
- Good judgment and initiative.
