Cleaning Service Manager

About the role

The Cleaning Service Manager leads daily operations for a janitorial service company, ensuring high‑quality cleaning standards and customer satisfaction. This position reports to senior management and works closely with field staff.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate and monitor daily cleaning operations across assigned sites.
• Develop, implement, and update policies and procedures for cleaning staff.
• Address client complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.
• Supervise working groups, schedule shifts, and allocate resources.
• Maintain compliance with safety, security, and licensing requirements.

Required profile

• Secondary school graduation or equivalent experience.
• Valid Class 5/5F/G driver’s licence for cars and small trucks.
• Bondable with basic security clearance and clean criminal record.
• Strong attention to detail, organized, reliable, and a team player.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
