About the role

The Face Institute, a leading medical aesthetics clinic in Edmonton, is seeking a visionary Chief Executive Officer to steer the organization’s strategic direction, operational excellence, and financial performance. Reporting directly to the owners, the CEO will be responsible for building a high‑performing team, enhancing patient experience, and ensuring long‑term growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the organization with integrity, professionalism, and accountability.
• Develop and execute the company’s strategic vision and long‑term plans.
• Oversee day‑to‑day clinic operations, continuously improving systems, workflows, and compliance.
• Manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, KPI monitoring, and profitability initiatives.
• Build and nurture a culture of excellence, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
• Recruit, develop, and retain top talent; lead performance management and succession planning.
• Maintain strong vendor relationships and oversee major purchasing decisions.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in a healthcare or medical aesthetics environment.
• Demonstrated ability to create and implement strategic plans that drive growth.
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and financial reporting.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate with owners, clinicians, and staff.
