About the role
RX Square Medical Clinic is seeking a pediatrician to join our private practice in Edmonton, Alberta. The role involves providing comprehensive medical care to children and collaborating with other healthcare professionals.
Key responsibilities
- Diagnose diseases and physiological disorders.
- Prescribe medication and treatment.
- Refer patients for surgery.
- Treat diseases and physiological disorders.
- Study the nature, cause and development of diseases and the structural and functional changes caused by diseases.
- Supervise laboratory activities.
- Act as consultant to other physicians.
- Order laboratory tests, X‑rays and other diagnostic procedures.
Required profile
- Degree in medicine, dentistry, veterinary medicine or optometry.
- Licensure by provincial or territorial authorities.
- 2 to less than 3 years of relevant experience.
