Chambermaid Supervisor

About the role

The Chambermaid Supervisor leads the housekeeping team at Auberge Saint-Antoine, ensuring guest rooms and public areas meet the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation. This full‑time, onsite position offers flexible scheduling across mornings, evenings, nights and weekends.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coach a team of chambermaids to deliver consistent, high‑quality room cleaning.
• Schedule shifts, monitor attendance and manage workload distribution.
• Inspect rooms and public spaces for compliance with hotel standards.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Coordinate with front‑desk and maintenance to address guest requests promptly.

Required profile

• 1 to less than 2 years of experience in housekeeping or a related hospitality role.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to lead a team.
• Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, nights, and weekends.
