About the role

Join a leading Canadian retailer of mobile devices and help members of Costco find the perfect cell phone solution. As a Cell Phone Advisor you will be the face of the store, delivering a premium sales experience in a high‑traffic environment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers, assess their needs and recommend appropriate devices and plans.
• Demonstrate product features, explain carrier options and answer technical questions.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
• Process transactions accurately, handle returns and manage inventory on the sales floor.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well‑stocked sales area.
• Participate in ongoing training and coaching sessions to continuously improve product knowledge and sales techniques.

Required profile

• Exceptional communication skills and a solution‑oriented mindset.
• Ability to connect with a diverse customer base and build trust quickly.
• Serious, motivated attitude with a willingness to prove why you are among the “best of the best.”
• Legal authorization to work in Canada; no immigration sponsorship provided.
