Cash Supervisor – Retail Management

About the role

Join a leading Canadian retail brand as a Cash Supervisor, overseeing the cash department in a busy Dieppe store. You will lead a team of cash associates, ensure smooth daily operations, and deliver an excellent customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain department presentation and ensure customer expectations are met.
• Plan and manage daily/weekly activities, seasonal changeovers, and work schedules within budget.
• Train, coach, motivate and support team members in their operational duties.
• Monitor performance, provide feedback, recognize achievements, and resolve conflicts.
• Assist with store opening and closing procedures and ensure health‑and‑safety compliance.
• Participate in hiring, onboarding and orientating new employees.

Required profile

• Supervisory or managerial experience in a retail environment.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Physical ability to stand, walk and lift items for extended periods.
• Strong communication, organization and problem‑solving skills.
• Approachable attitude with a focus on customer service.
