About the role
We are seeking an experienced Carpentry Foreman to lead our construction teams in Fort Erie. The role involves overseeing carpentry projects, ensuring quality workmanship, and maintaining a safe work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise carpentry workers and manage project timelines.
- Coordinate and schedule daily activities and subcontractors.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations on site.
- Interpret blueprints and construction drawings.
- Order and requisition materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of experience in carpentry supervision.
- Secondary school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Organized, reliable, and a strong team player.
