Call Attendant – Customer Care (Remote)

About the role

Dynacare is seeking enthusiastic Call Attendants to join its CannAmm Booking Team. In this remote, full‑time position you will be the first point of contact for clients needing occupational health testing, ensuring appointments are booked accurately and efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound phone calls to schedule occupational testing appointments.
• Enter and maintain detailed call information in accordance with standard operating procedures.
• Process web‑based booking requests promptly and accurately.
• Troubleshoot booking issues, escalating priority matters through the proper chain of command.
• Provide courteous, professional communication with clients, internal teams, and external partners via phone and email.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of call‑center processes and adapt to procedural changes.

Required profile

• Strong verbal communication skills and a professional phone manner.
• Ability to follow detailed SOPs and document interactions accurately.
• Problem‑solving mindset with the capacity to identify and escalate issues.
• Comfortable working remotely with occasional on‑site training if required.
