Busperson – Luxury Retail

About the role

Join Holt Renfrew’s luxury retail environment as a Busperson, supporting the dining experience for guests in our in‑store cafés and restaurants. You will ensure tables are impeccably set, cleared, and refreshed, contributing to a seamless and elegant service atmosphere.

Key responsibilities

• Set tables with cutlery, crockery, linens, and glassware according to Holt Renfrew standards.
• Maintain cleanliness of all tableware and service items.
• Refill condiment holders, water, bread, and other supplies throughout service.
• Assist servers by delivering orders and clearing dishes after each course.
• Transport used dishes, cutlery, and serving plates to the cleaning station.
• Change linens and table settings as required.
• Follow all health, safety, and hygiene policies.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2–3 years of experience in a similar busser or dining support role.
