Business Transformation and Process Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a Business Transformation and Process Consultant to join our team and support complex transformation, process improvement, and organizational change initiatives for a diverse portfolio of clients. You will work closely with client stakeholders and project teams to assess challenges, document and optimise processes, develop governance frameworks, and help implement strategic solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop business requirements, process maps, governance documentation, operating procedures and implementation materials.
• Conduct research and analysis to support transformation and change initiatives.
• Standardise processes by documenting agreed procedures and governance approaches.
• Support workshops and working sessions, preparing materials, capturing outcomes and following up.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders to gather information, validate approaches and develop practical solutions.
• Produce detailed deliverables, presentations and implementation artefacts.
• Assist with implementation planning, operational readiness and transition activities.
• Contribute to proposal development and client pursuits through research, analysis and content drafting.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in business transformation, process improvement, operating model, governance or organizational change.
• Proven experience developing process maps, operating procedures, governance documentation or implementation materials.
• Experience facilitating workshops and stakeholder engagement.
• Prior consulting experience as part of overall career.
• Strong written communication and documentation skills.
