About the role

This position is a strategic recruiting partnership focused on high‑impact marketing functions within a fast‑growing, technology‑driven environment. Based in Canada, you will own complex searches across brand, communications, demand generation, marketing operations, and product marketing.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full‑cycle recruitment for specialized marketing roles, from sourcing strategy to onboarding support.
• Partner with hiring leaders to define search strategies, calibrate candidate profiles, and advise on market conditions.
• Build targeted sourcing approaches to attract top talent from technology, fintech, cybersecurity, financial services, and related industries.
• Create detailed talent maps of competitor organizations, agency networks, and referral communities.
• Ensure an outstanding candidate experience through consistent communication and alignment with company values.
• Analyze recruiting metrics and pipeline health to continuously optimize search strategies.
• Facilitate structured feedback, clear evaluations, and timely decision‑making to drive efficient hiring.
• Collaborate with People, Talent Brand, and go‑to‑market teams to support long‑term growth and employer branding.

Required profile

• 5+ years of recruiting experience, preferably within high‑growth technology companies.
• Proven success hiring specialized marketing professionals across multiple functional areas.
• Strong ability to understand complex marketing functions and translate business needs into hiring strategies.
• Excellent analytical skills for interpreting recruiting data and market insights.
