Key responsibilities

• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities across target markets.
• Manage existing client accounts and nurture long‑term relationships.
• Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company objectives.

• Analyze market trends, conduct competitive analysis, and provide strategic recommendations.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals while meeting revenue targets.

Required profile

• Strong sales, business development, and account management experience.
• Proficiency in market research, competitive analysis, and strategic planning.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
• Experience using CRM software and other sales tools.
• Ability to work independently, meet targets, and adapt to a hybrid work environment.
• Prior experience or knowledge of the food industry, food processing, or product development.
• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Marketing, or a related field.
