Business Development Manager – Architecture & Design (Lower Mainland)

About the role

The Business Development Manager for the Architecture & Design (A&D) and Builder channels will act as the face of Caesarstone in the Lower Mainland, driving brand leadership and market impact across commercial and residential projects.

Key responsibilities

• Cultivate and maintain relationships with architects, interior designers, design firms, builders, kitchen & bath professionals, and assigned fabricators.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities across A&D, kitchen & bath, and builder sectors, presenting innovative solutions aligned with client needs and budgets.
• Deliver product knowledge sessions, lunch‑and‑learns, design meetings, CEU presentations, and showroom engagements.
• Manage a defined territory, increasing Share of Shelf, Share of Wallet, and selector list inclusion as directed by the Regional Sales Manager.
• Develop and execute an annual account plan with KPIs, including joint business planning to grow partnerships and specification opportunities.
• Maintain a project pipeline for residential, commercial, and multifamily projects, tracking tender timelines and submission requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams throughout the project lifecycle to ensure smooth execution and delivery.

Required profile

• Proven sales experience converting leads into customers, with full‑cycle sales management from prospecting to project completion.
• Strong relationship‑building skills and ability to act as a trusted advisor.
• Ability to leverage market insights and industry trends to drive sales strategies.
