Business Analyst – Procurement (SAP S/4HANA & Ariba)

About the role
The Toronto Transit Commission is seeking a Business Analyst to support its Procurement & Category Management department during a critical transition to SAP S/4HANA and SAP Ariba. This temporary, hybrid position will focus on services procurement and change management, ensuring smooth process redesign and system integration.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with SAP subject‑matter experts and stakeholders to document current and future procurement processes.
- Map and analyze process gaps, develop change‑management plans, and align solutions with TTC policies.
- Gather and synthesize information from consultants, auditors, and external public organizations.
- Produce clear recommendations, roadmaps, and action plans for approved initiatives.
- Design and maintain Power BI dashboards for reporting and statistical analysis.
Required profile
- Hands‑on experience in procurement and strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and SAP Ariba.
- Proven ability to work with cross‑functional teams and manage change initiatives.
- Excellent analytical and documentation skills.
