Business Analyst

About the role

The Business Analyst will use advanced analytics and reporting to drive operational efficiency for Dynamic Funds. Working closely with cross‑functional partners, the analyst will support new business initiatives, improve sales quality, and help meet division goals.

Key responsibilities

• Produce regular (monthly, quarterly, annual) and ad‑hoc reports on fund activity and performance.
• Develop and document processes for expense management, ensuring data quality and control.
• Perform complex calculations for tiered fees, rebates, PROR and blended discounts.
• Provide system support and troubleshooting for Salesforce, Seismic and MicroStrategy (including mobile versions).
• Identify and implement productivity and efficiency improvements across the business unit.
• Serve as subject‑matter expert for alternative products, specialty programs and management fee processes.
• Collaborate with sales, finance, IT and compliance teams to resolve exceptions and maintain data integrity.
• Stay current on regulatory changes and communicate impacts to relevant stakeholders.
