About the role
We are looking for a reliable Building Handyperson to perform routine maintenance and minor repairs across our office and commercial buildings in Québec. The role involves working evenings and ensuring building systems operate safely and efficiently.
Key responsibilities
- Adjust and repair heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems.
- Perform minor repairs on appliances.
- Supervise other workers on maintenance tasks.
- Carry out routine jobs such as painting and drywall repair.
- Coordinate with specialized tradespersons for major repairs.
Required profile
- No formal degree or diploma required.
- Evening shift availability.
- Experience in building maintenance is an asset.
- Ability to supervise and guide other workers.
