Building Cleaner – Restaurant Maintenance

About the role

We are looking for a Building Cleaner to join our restaurant team. You will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for guests and staff in a fast‑paced McDonald’s outlet. The role involves a variety of cleaning tasks across the dining area, kitchen, bathrooms and back‑of‑house spaces.

Key responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, wash and polish all floor surfaces.
• Dust furniture and vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies and upholstered items.
• Clean, disinfect and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances.
• Handle and report lost‑and‑found items and provide basic facility information.
• Pick up debris, empty trash containers and launder clothing or linens.
• Perform light housekeeping duties such as washing windows, walls and ceilings.
• Maintain cleanliness of changing rooms and showers.
