Bilingual SAP SuccessFactors Senior Analyst (French/English)

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual SAP SuccessFactors Senior Analyst to join our Advanced Technology Centers team in Montreal. You will be responsible for ensuring the stability and continuous improvement of the Employee Central module and related SAP SuccessFactors components.

Key responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day L2/L3 support for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and associated modules.
• Triage, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents and service requests within agreed SLA targets.
• Configure and deliver enhancements using business rules, MDF objects, and data models.
• Gather requirements and manage changes across Development, Test, and Production environments.
• Monitor and troubleshoot integrations via SAP Integration Suite (CPI), APIs, and SFTP jobs.
• Provide clear communication, status updates, and root‑cause analysis to stakeholders.
• Mentor team members and enforce ITIL best practices.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 + years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors, especially Employee Central.
• Strong technical configuration skills and proven ability to lead L2/L3 support.
• Fluent in both French and English, with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Comfortable working with cross‑functional teams and handling complex system/integration issues.
