AI Forward Deployed Technology Senior Manager

About the role

Accenture is seeking an AI Forward Deployed Technology Senior Manager to embed with clients as a technologist and trusted advisor. You will design, prototype, and deploy enterprise‑ready AI agents that augment workflows across modern infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver AI agents that handle retrieval, orchestration, policy‑based routing, tool invocation, evaluation, and lifecycle observability.
• Develop abstraction layers across AI providers (Anthropic, Google, OpenAI, etc.) for seamless integration.
• Leverage containerization, microservices, serverless, and event‑driven architectures to build scalable AI‑native systems.
• Conduct design workshops, proofs of concept, and code‑with sessions with client stakeholders.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years building cloud‑native systems (APIs, microservices, serverless).
• At least 1 year designing and deploying production‑grade agentic AI solutions.
• Experience with agentic orchestration tools such as LangGraph, CrewAI, or AutoGen.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; fluent English for client interaction across Canada.

Required skills

• Python, Java, or equivalent programming languages.
• Cloud platforms and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• AI platforms: OpenAI, Claude, Vertex AI, and open‑source models.
• Agentic tools: GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, OpenAI Codex.
• CI/CD, infrastructure‑as‑code, and observability tooling.
