Bilingual Digital Marketing Specialist (Mandarin/English)

About the role

Best Buy Ads is seeking a bilingual (Mandarin & English) Digital Marketing Specialist to join its rapidly growing retail media network. Working remotely from the Greater Vancouver area, you will partner with marketplace sellers to plan, optimise, and monetise Sponsored Products and Sponsored Brands campaigns across multiple ad platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end marketing relationship with marketplace sellers, acting as the primary point of contact.
• Analyse performance metrics such as CPC, CTR, ROAS, revenue, SOV and visibility.
• Onboard sellers onto Sponsored Products and Sponsored Brands and manage campaign pacing.
• Build high‑performance advertising plans that deliver measurable business outcomes.
• Educate sellers through presentations, reviews and one‑on‑one support.
• Identify and pursue opportunities to grow marketplace advertising revenue.

Required profile

• Fluent in Mandarin and English.
• 2+ years of experience in digital marketing or retail media.
• Ability to work flexible hours to support sellers in Asian time zones.

• Ad operations experience with Facebook Ads.
• Ad operations experience with Amazon Ads.
• Ad operations experience with Google Ads.
• Ad operations experience with Criteo.
• Strong background in paid search / SEM.
