Bilingual Corporate Trainer – Restaurant Operations (Montreal)

About the role

Boston Pizza International is seeking a bilingual (English/French) Corporate Trainer to join its team in the Greater Montreal area. You will travel across Canada to support new restaurant openings and ensure franchisees and staff receive hands‑on training aligned with the brand’s standards.

Key responsibilities

• Support New Restaurant Openings (NRO) nationwide, requiring extensive travel.
• Deliver in‑depth, hands‑on training to franchisees, General Managers and Kitchen Managers through the Hospitality Leadership Training (HLT) program.
• Provide operational training on dine‑in, takeout, delivery, POSi Touch software, labour costs, menu execution, food cost and scheduling.
• Collaborate with the Senior Training Manager and Senior Corporate Trainers to develop training programs, tools and resources.
• Help franchisees achieve business goals by applying standardized corporate training programs.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of supervisory or management experience in a casual‑dining restaurant (front‑of‑house or back‑of‑house).
• Bilingual in French and English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness and ability to travel for extended periods.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Excellent organizational, problem‑solving and public‑speaking abilities.
• Adaptable, flexible schedule and capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
