Beauty Specialist

About the role

Join a locally owned Shoppers Drug Mart store in Brampton as a Beauty Specialist. You will be the face of our cosmetics department, helping customers discover products, earn loyalty points, and enjoy a personalized shopping experience.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales of beauty products and services while promoting promotional programs.
• Encourage customers to join and use the PC Optimum loyalty program.
• Provide superior customer service, model eClienteling best practices, and book in‑store events.
• Attend vendor training, workshops, and maintain compliance with cosmetics operating standards.
• Follow health, safety, loss‑prevention, and store policies at all times.

Required profile

• Proven consultative selling experience in cosmetics or beauty retail.
• Strong knowledge of makeup, skincare, and related products.
• Ability to conduct sit‑down consultations and demonstrate product application.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lb, climb ladders, and bend to stock shelves.
