About the role

Join a locally owned Shoppers Drug Mart store as a Beauty Boutique Expert, where you will help customers discover and enjoy health, beauty, and convenience services. You will be the face of the beauty department, driving product sales and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Maximize sales of beauty products and promotional programs.
• Promote the PC Optimum loyalty program and book in‑store beauty events.
• Provide consultative makeup and skincare advice, including live demonstrations.
• Maintain product displays, attend vendor training, and follow cosmetics operating standards.
• Adhere to all health, safety, loss‑prevention, and store policies.

Required profile

• Strong consultative and selling skills in cosmetics or luxury goods.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Ability to conduct personalized beauty consultations.
• Excellent communication and customer‑first attitude.

Required skills

• eClienteling platform usage.
• PC Optimum program knowledge.
