BDC Service Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a motivated BDC Service Coordinator to join our Mississauga dealership. In this role you will be the first point of contact for customers scheduling vehicle service, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls, texts and emails and schedule service appointments.
• Proactively reach out to new and existing customers to promote recommended maintenance.
• Build strong relationships with customers and dealership teams while staying informed about promotions.
• Meet quality and performance benchmarks and maintain accurate records.
• Perform additional tasks as directed by management.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience (automotive experience a plus).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent written, phone and digital communication skills.
• Positive, solution‑focused attitude and ability to work well in a team.
• Organised, detail‑oriented and able to stay calm under pressure.
