Join the unique and creative atmosphere of THE PIG in Studland. We are looking for a passionate and skilled Bar Supervisor to lead our bar team and elevate our signature cocktail experience, where we use ingredients directly from our kitchen garden to create extraordinary flavors.

Missions principales

• Assist management in the daily operations and smooth running of the bar.
• Supervise the service team to ensure excellence and consistency.
• Perform daily operational tasks and maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization.
• Work hands-on behind the bar and on the floor to provide exceptional customer service.
• Contribute to menu innovation by proposing new cocktail ideas and following industry trends.

Profil recherché

• Proven experience as a Bar Supervisor or in a similar leadership role within a premium environment.
• A true passion for mixology and a desire to continuously learn and evolve.
• A proactive mindset with the ability to lead by example on the floor.
• Strong knowledge of classic cocktails and the creativity to develop modern variations.

• Advanced Mixology & Cocktail creation skills.
