About the role
Tim Hortons is looking for a baker to join its café in Nipigon, ON. The role involves preparing a variety of breads, rolls, donuts and muffins for customers.
Key responsibilities
- Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies.
- Bake mixed dough and batters to produce breads, rolls, donuts and muffins.
- Ensure product quality meets established standards.
- Operate bakery machinery safely and efficiently.
- Organize and maintain inventory of ingredients and supplies.
Required profile
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment and under pressure.
- Good hand‑eye coordination and ability to perform repetitive tasks.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods.
- Team player with reliability, dependability and patience.
