About the role
DK Ford Sales Ltd. is seeking an experienced Automotive Sales Manager to lead its Leduc dealership team. You will drive sales performance, coach staff, and ensure every customer enjoys a world‑class buying experience in a fast‑paced, fun environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed monthly and annual targets.
- Structure financing and lease deals, collaborating closely with the Finance & Insurance department.
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to boost volume and gross profit.
- Maintain inventory control, pricing, and merchandising to optimize sales.
- Recruit, train, and develop new and existing sales consultants.
- Stay current on product knowledge, OEM programs, and market trends.
- Ensure compliance with manufacturer standards, dealership policies, and provincial regulations.
Required profile
- 5+ years of automotive sales leadership, preferably with Ford or a high‑volume brand.
- Proven track record of achieving volume, gross, and customer satisfaction targets.
- Strong leadership, communication, and coaching abilities.
- Customer‑focused mindset with excellent negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
- Organizational and multitasking expertise.
Required skills
- Experience with CRM systems.
- Proficiency in dealership management software.
