Automotive Response Specialist – Customer Support (Remote)

About the role

Working Solutions is looking for a bilingual Automotive Response Specialist to provide remote customer support for a Driver Assistance Program. You will handle a wide range of calls, from simple navigation queries to urgent emergency situations, ensuring drivers receive timely and accurate assistance.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from drivers using the assistance program and assess each situation.
• Provide solutions such as emergency assistance, automatic collision notification, hands‑free destination assist, and stolen vehicle locator.
• Maintain a calm, empathetic tone while handling high‑stress or emotional calls.
• Document interactions accurately and follow established protocols.
• Work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, to cover 24/7 service needs.

Required profile

• Fluent in both French and English (must pass a fluency test).
• Strong empathy and the ability to stay composed under pressure.
• Reliable, quiet home workspace with a dedicated computer.
• Willingness to install required authentication apps on a smartphone or tablet.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Windows 11 operating system.
• Ability to set up and use a wired USB headset with microphone.
• Stable broadband connection (minimum 10 Mbps download).
