About the role
The company is seeking an experienced supervisor to lead its automotive repair and service shop. You will ensure high‑quality work, efficient operations, and excellent client service.
Key responsibilities
- Resolve work problems and provide technical advice to improve productivity and product quality.
- Supervise workers and projects, coordinate and schedule activities, and ensure work aligns with other units.
- Train staff or arrange training, estimate costs and materials, and requisition or order supplies and equipment.
- Establish methods to meet work schedules and coordinate activities across work units.
Required profile
- Other trades certificate or diploma.
- Automotive Service Technician (Steering, Suspension and Brakes) Trade Certification.
- 2 to less than 3 years of relevant experience.
- Client focus, strong interpersonal and oral communication skills, flexibility, good judgement, organization, and teamwork.
Required skills
