About the role
The Athletics Attendant supports the daily operations of the Stewart Athletic Complex on McGill's Macdonald Campus. Working under the direction of a supervisor, you will welcome members, manage field and equipment rentals, and help maintain a safe, welcoming environment.
Key responsibilities
- Provide front‑desk service, greet members, and answer inquiries.
- Supervise member safety during activities and ensure proper use of facilities.
- Process reservations, equipment rentals, memberships, and day passes.
- Monitor and maintain field, gym, and court conditions, including cleaning and line upkeep.
- Assist with summer field rentals and coordinate with other campus services.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to multitask.
- Willingness to work on‑site in Quebec and authorized to work in Canada.
- CPR/AED certification is an asset.
