Associate Product Manager – CPG/Retail

About the role

Upper Canada Soap is looking for a creative and detail‑oriented Associate Product Manager to support product development and marketing across its CPG and retail portfolio. You will work closely with the product management team to turn ideas into market‑ready products.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to product ideation and turn concepts into tangible offerings.
• Research customer needs, market trends and competitor products.
• Analyze data to support product decisions and identify improvement opportunities.
• Assist in defining product requirements, features and launch plans.
• Coordinate sample shipments, supplier quotations and cost‑margin analysis.
• Communicate product updates to internal teams and external customers.
• Create presentations and proofread marketing copy.
• Support sourcing activities and monitor production and shipping processes.

Required profile

• Detail‑oriented, eager to learn and proactive.
• Strong multitasking and prioritisation abilities.
• Creative mindset with good written communication skills.
• Ability to manage supplier relationships and maintain high attention to detail.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel proficiency for costing, margin and pricing analysis.
