Associate Managing Consultant – Advisors & Consulting Services (Deploy)

About the role

Mastercard’s Advisors & Consulting Services team blends traditional management consulting with rich data assets, proprietary platforms and cutting‑edge technologies to deliver strategic insights for clients across payments, banking, retail and other industries. As an Associate Managing Consultant you will lead the Deploy practice, helping customers transform their businesses through the implementation of Mastercard solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage multiple high‑value projects within a portfolio, defining team roles, stakeholder responsibilities and delivery timelines.
• Identify, assess and mitigate risks proactively to protect project schedules and outcomes.
• Develop and oversee workstreams, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
• Apply accredited project and change‑management methodologies to drive measurable client value.
• Define scope, budgets and timelines; conduct cost‑benefit and risk analyses.
• Report on issues, progress and risks, summarising impacts for senior leadership.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing complex, cross‑functional projects for global clients.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to perform financial and risk assessments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills across diverse cultures and industries.
• Ability to translate strategic objectives into actionable plans and deliver results.
