About the role
The Associate Field Training Manager supports Wendy's training execution across Canada, with a primary focus on Quebec. The role delivers Wendy’s University programs, leads limited‑time‑offer (LTO) and operational training, certifies training restaurants, assists new market openings, and strengthens field capability.
Key responsibilities
- Facilitate Wendy’s University Core & More programs, ensuring high instructional quality and building leadership capability through coaching.
- Reinforce a consistent training culture across assigned markets and evaluate program adoption to identify improvement opportunities.
- Lead scheduling, coordination, and delivery of LTO, product, and operational training, providing standardized materials and follow‑up coaching.
- Own certification and recertification of Training Restaurants, conduct assessments, and provide targeted coaching to maintain coverage.
- Execute structured training plans for new franchisee openings, preparing crews and managers, tracking progress, and conducting post‑opening evaluations.
- Conduct field visits to assess execution, training adoption, and leadership behaviors, delivering concise coaching to close performance gaps.
