Associate DevOps Engineer

About the role

We are looking for an Associate DevOps Engineer to join a fast‑growing SaaS platform serving K‑12 education across Canada. You will work with an established cloud environment, supporting daily operations, improving reliability, and automating deployments.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance the core Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Kubernetes infrastructure.
• Assist with daily operations, incident response, and performance monitoring.
• Improve CI/CD pipelines using GitLab, ArgoCD, and GitOps workflows.
• Develop and update Terraform IaC modules.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve deployment friction and infrastructure issues.

Required profile

• Professional experience supporting live production cloud environments.
• Hands‑on experience with Docker and Kubernetes configurations.
• Familiarity with building or maintaining automated CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong Linux and networking fundamentals with solid troubleshooting skills.
