Associate Consultant – Executive Compensation

About the role

Compensation Governance Partners (CGP) is seeking an Associate Consultant to join its Toronto team. This full‑time hybrid position offers immediate client interaction and the chance to work on executive compensation and governance engagements from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market research and design custom surveys for compensation studies.
• Analyze data, benchmark results and draft detailed reports.
• Develop executive compensation structures and recommendations.
• Support multiple client mandates simultaneously and meet tight project timelines.
• Collaborate with senior consultants, project managers and client stakeholders.

Required profile

• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience or academic background related to executive compensation and governance.
• Ability to manage several projects at once and work collaboratively.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Mathematics, Economics, Finance, Sciences or a related field.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
