Assistant/Associate Professor (Clinical) – Pediatric Musculoskeletal Imaging

About the role

The Department of Diagnostic Radiology at McGill University seeks a full‑time Contract Academic Staff member at the rank of Assistant or Associate Professor (Clinical) to join the Division of Pediatric Radiology. The successful candidate will focus on pediatric musculoskeletal imaging within the Pediatric Medical Imaging Division of the McGill University Health Centre.

Key responsibilities

• Provide clinical pediatric radiology services with a focus on musculoskeletal imaging.
• Interpret and report MRI, CT, ultrasound, and interventional studies for children and adolescents.
• Teach residents, fellows and medical students in the Department of Diagnostic Radiology.
• Develop and conduct research projects, particularly in advanced MRI techniques and artificial intelligence.
• Participate in departmental and hospital committees and contribute to the academic mission.

Required profile

• Medical degree with board certification in Pediatric Radiology.
• Sub‑specialty expertise or strong interest in pediatric musculoskeletal imaging.
• Demonstrated record of academic activity (teaching, publications, research).
• Eligibility to work in Canada and ability to obtain a clinical license.

Required skills

• MRI interpretation and protocol development.
• CT and ultrasound imaging of the musculoskeletal system.
• Interventional radiology techniques.
• Application of AI and advanced imaging research methods.
