Assistant Team Leader

About the role

The Assistant Team Leader supports the management team in daily retail store operations, ensuring excellent customer service and a well‑organized, efficient environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist management with store operations and staff coordination.
• Box and unbox daily shipments and stock products on shelves.
• Climb ladders to reach all store areas safely.
• Provide customer service, resolve issues, and maintain safety and cleanliness standards.
• Handle cash management, opening and closing duties, and follow up on assigned tasks.
• Perform manager‑on‑duty duties, including tracking breaks, time and attendance, and participating in hiring and performance management.

Required profile

• Approximately one (1) year of relevant retail experience.
• At least one (1) year in a supervisory role.
• Flexible availability (day, evening, weekend).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Demonstrated leadership, organizational, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.
• Customer‑service oriented.
