Assistant Studio Manager

About the role

Rumble Boxing is looking for an Assistant Studio Manager to join its high‑energy, music‑driven boxing studio in Richmond. This is a leadership‑track position that prepares you to run the studio as a full manager, overseeing sales, operations, and team performance.

Key responsibilities

• Drive memberships, class packs, and overall revenue growth; conduct consults, tours and follow‑ups.
• Track key performance indicators such as conversion, retention and attendance, and act on the data.
• Deliver a premium, high‑energy boxing experience that keeps classes full and engaging.
• Lead front‑desk staff and trainers, build a high‑performance, drama‑free culture, and support hiring, onboarding and training.
• Manage labor scheduling, cost control, trainer scheduling and performance.
• Execute marketing campaigns and in‑studio activations, and solve operational problems quickly.

Required profile

• High‑energy, engaging personality with a passion for fitness and performance.
• Experience in hospitality leadership, premium retail, or boutique fitness front‑of‑house roles.
• Ability to command a room, thrive in a loud, fast‑paced environment, and take ownership of results.
• Strong business discipline, multitasking skills and desire to grow into a studio manager role.
