About the role

Join Orangetheory Fitness as an Assistant Studio Manager and support the Studio Manager in delivering a best‑in‑class experience for members. You will be the welcoming face of the studio, help drive traffic, and contribute to the overall performance of a fast‑growing fitness brand.

Key responsibilities

• Greet every member and guest with enthusiasm, energy, and product knowledge.
• Present the Orangetheory Fitness concept to prospective members and conduct studio tours.
• Manage front‑desk duties, including answering phones and handling member inquiries.
• Generate leads, follow up with prospective clients, and sell memberships.
• Collaborate with trainers to guide new members through their first workout.
• Address member concerns professionally and work toward resolution.
• Participate in marketing, outreach events, and community‑building activities.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming studio environment.

• Strong sales and operational aptitude.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to step in for the Studio Manager and work well in a team.
