Assistant Server – Reign (Full-Time)

About the role

The Assistant Server supports guest service delivery across all areas of the Reign restaurant. The role focuses on preparing serving stations, assisting during peak service periods, and ensuring smooth transitions between meal periods as part of the Reign team.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare serving stations and work areas for each meal period.
• Assist with the smooth execution of meal service during peak times.
• Support the set‑up for the next meal period after service.
• Promote and maintain positive working relationships at all times.
• Report for duty punctually, in full uniform and according to grooming standards.
• Maintain a full understanding of food and drink offerings, including dietary restrictions, and answer guest questions.
• Follow Reign policies, procedures and service standards as outlined in the colleague handbook and job task checklist.
• Assist internal and external guests with inquiries or requests in a courteous manner.
• Attend pre‑shift, weekly and monthly meetings to continuously improve the guest experience.
• Carry out any miscellaneous duties as requested.

Required profile

• Positive attitude and ability to maintain good working relationships.
• Punctuality and adherence to uniform and grooming standards.
• Comprehensive knowledge of menu items and dietary restrictions.
• Understanding of Reign policies, procedures and service standards.
• Ability to assist guests courteously and efficiently.
• Willingness to attend regular team meetings and training sessions.
