About the role
Join a busy McDonald's restaurant in Fernie as an Assistant Manager, overseeing daily operations and ensuring a high level of customer service. You will support the restaurant manager in leading the team, maintaining standards, and driving performance.
Key responsibilities
- Balance cash, complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms.
- Conduct performance reviews and supervise more than 20 staff members.
- Organize and maintain inventory while ensuring health and safety regulations are followed.
- Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies.
- Participate in marketing plans and implementation.
- Address customer complaints, provide excellent service, and oversee daily operations.
