Assistant Manager

About the role

JYSK is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the store management team in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales. You will help embed company values, coach team members, and contribute to a high‑energy store environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the store management team in modeling and teaching company values and customer promises.
• Support the implementation of sales and merchandising plans for assigned categories.
• Promote a highly engaged team culture through coaching and instruction.
• Participate in loss‑prevention strategies and investigations.
• Help manage store stock, merchandising, and pricing to maximize sales.
• Deliver and meet sales budgets and goals for your department.

Required profile

• Dynamic, positive personality with strong leadership abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a rapidly changing environment where priorities shift.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
• Minimum 2 years experience in retail management and customer service.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
