Assistant Manager – CRM & Digital Marketing Technology

About the role

The Assistant Manager, CRM & Digital Marketing Technology will oversee the daily operation of Purina.ca, ensuring content accuracy, coordinating third‑party tools, and supporting eCRM and loyalty initiatives. This hybrid role blends website management, digital marketing, and data‑driven campaign execution.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain product information integrity on Purina.ca using data from Kwikee and Salsify, including images, feeding guidelines, and pricing.
• Update Bazaarvoice ratings, reviews, and PriceSpider retail availability.
• Apply SEO best practices—metadata, keyword optimization, tagging, and optimization for large language models.
• Identify SEO content gaps and collaborate with external partners to boost organic traffic.
• Manage the Drupal CMS environment, ensuring stability and implementing site enhancements.
• Support eCRM initiatives, loyalty program launch, and media campaigns to grow first‑party data.
• Develop and manage an annual content and social calendar for the Purina Masterbrand.
• Brief and coordinate agency partners for website editorial content, handling regulatory approvals and publishing.
• Oversee social media strategy, execution, and related budgets and purchase orders.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience managing website content and digital marketing programs.
• Ability to collaborate with brand teams and cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
