Assembly Technician – Fan Manufacturing

About the role

Rosenberg Fans Canada Ltd. is seeking an Assembly Technician to join its Mississauga head‑office team. The role involves assembling and packaging industrial fans in a manufacturing environment, following detailed instructions and safety standards. This is a full‑time, onsite position with immediate start.

Key responsibilities

• Read instructions and wiring diagrams to correctly assemble fan components.
• Complete pre‑assembly checklists for all parts.
• Terminate and crimp wiring connections according to specifications.
• Operate hand and power tools safely for assembly and testing.
• Package finished fans securely for shipment.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area, including floor sweeping and waste disposal.

Required profile

• Ability to lift objects up to 50 lb and move them a short distance.
• Willingness to wear required personal protective equipment (e.g., safety boots).
• Physical stamina for repetitive tasks in an indoor environment with moving mechanical parts.
• Commitment to follow health and safety policies.
